Physical Standards-Bihar Police SI Prohibition Recruitment 2025
- Physical Standards of Candidates:– No marks will be given for height, chest and weight. But candidates not fulfilling the prescribed eligibility will be declared unsuccessful.
- Height
- For men of unreserved (general) category and backward class – minimum 165 CMS.
- For men of extremely backward class – minimum 160 CMS.
- For men of scheduled caste(SC) and scheduled tribe – Minimum 160 CMS.
- For women of all categories minimum height is 155 CMS.
- Chest (for men only)
- For men of unreserved (general) category / backward class and extremely backward class –
- Without inflation
- 81 cm (minimum)
- With inflation
- 86 cm (minimum)
- (After inflation, there must be a difference of at least 5 cm in the chest.)
- For men of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe.
Selection Process-Bihar Police SI Prohibition Recruitment 2025
Written Exam (Prelims & Mains)
- Preliminary Exam
- Objective-type paper
- Subjects: General Knowledge & Current Affairs
- Minimum qualifying marks: 30%
Mains Exam (for candidates who qualify Prelims)
- Paper 1: General Hindi (Qualifying in nature, 30% minimum)

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Candidates who pass the Mains Exam will have to qualify in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

Medical Test
