• इसमें बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न होते हैं, जो सामान्य ज्ञान, गणित, तार्किक क्षमता और समसामयिक विषयों पर आधारित होते हैं।

• शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा (Physical Efficiency Test – PET):

• इसमें दौड़, लंबी कूद, ऊँची कूद, गोला फेंक आदि शामिल होते हैं।
• पुरुषों और महिलाओं के लिए भिन्न-भिन्न शारीरिक मानक होते हैं।

• शारीरिक मापदंड (Physical Measurement Test – PMT):
