NEET UG Online Form 2025: नेशनल एलिजिबिलिटी कम एंट्रेंस टेस्ट (NEET UG) 2025 का ऑनलाइन आवेदन सत्र 2025 के लिए 07 फरवरी 2025 से शुरू होगा और आवेदन करने की अंतिम तिथि 07 मार्च 2025 होगी। NEET UG 2025 में विभिन्न संस्थान भाग ले रहे हैं, इसलिए उम्मीदवारों को प्रवेश परीक्षा से संबंधित सभी जानकारी जैसे पाठ्यक्रम, पात्रता, आयु सीमा, प्लेसमेंट, शुल्क, कॉलेज जानकारी और अन्य विवरण के लिए इस  पोस्ट को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ना चाहिए और उसके बाद ही आवेदन करना चाहिए।

NEET 2025 आवेदन पत्र राष्ट्रीय परीक्षा एजेंसी (NTA) द्वारा 7 फरवरी 2025 को जारी कर दिया गया है। NEET 2025 आवेदन पत्र भरने और जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 7 मार्च 2025, रात 11:50 बजे तक है।NEET 2025 परीक्षा की तारीख भी आधिकारिक रूप से घोषित कर दी गई है। यह परीक्षा 4 मई 2025 को आयोजित की जाएगी।

NEET 2025 पंजीकरण और आवेदन प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद, NTA 9 मार्च से 11 मार्च 2025 तक NEET 2025 आवेदन सुधार विंडो प्रदान करेगा।

Eligibility Details Code Wise-NEET UG Online Form 2025

Code Name	Eligibility
NEET UG Code 01	A candidate who is appearing in the qualifying examination, i.e., class 12 in 2025, whose result is awaited, may apply and appear in the test but he/she shall not be eligible for admission to the Undergraduate Medical Courses if he/she does not pass the qualifying examination with the required pass percentage at the time of first round of Counselling. Candidates who have appeared or are appearing at the qualifying Examination with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as the main subject and expect to pass the Examination with the required percentage of marks are also eligible to apply and appear in the Competitive Entrance Examination. However, their candidature will be considered only if they provide documentary evidence of having passed the qualifying Examination with the required subjects and percentage of marks.
NEET UG Code 02	The Higher/Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to class 12 Higher/Senior Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years of study, the last two years of such study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology (which shall include practical tests in these subjects) and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course for English as prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training after the introduction of the 10+2+3 educational structure as recommended by the National Committee on Education. Candidates who have passed Class 12 from Open School or as private candidates shall not be eligible to appear for the ‘National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test’. Furthermore, a study of Biology/Biotechnology as an Additional Subject at Class 12 level also shall not be permissible.*
NEET UG Code 03	The Intermediate/Pre-degree Examination in Science of an Indian University/Board or other recognized examining body with Physics, Chemistry, Biology /Biotechnology (which shall include practical test in these subjects) and also English as a compulsory subject.
NEET UG Code 04	The Pre-professional/Pre-medical Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English after passing either the Higher Secondary Examination or the PreUniversity or an equivalent examination. The Preprofessional/Pre-medical examination shall include practical tests in these subjects and also English as a compulsory subject
NEET UG Code 05	The first year of the three years’ degree course of a recognized University with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology including practical tests in these subjects provided the examination is a University Examination and the candidate has passed the earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology with English at a level not less than a core course.
NEET UG Code 06	B.Sc. Examination of an Indian University provided that he/she has passed the B.Sc. Examination with not less than two of the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology)/Biotechnology and further that he/ she has passed the earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
NEET UG Code 07	Any other examination which in scope and standard (Last 02 years of 10+2 Study comprising of Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology; which shall include practical test in these subjects) is found to be equivalent to the Intermediate Science Examination of an Indian University/Board, taking Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology including practical tests in each of these subjects and English.

 

Selection Process-NEET UG Online Form 2025

NEET परीक्षा (NEET Exam)

• NEET परीक्षा पेन-पेपर मोड (ऑफलाइन) में होती है।
• इसमें Physics, Chemistry, और Biology (Botany & Zoology) से प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं।
• परीक्षा कुल 720 अंकों की होती है।

उत्तर कुंजी (Answer Key) और आपत्ति दर्ज कराना

• परीक्षा के बाद NTA द्वारा आंसर की (Answer Key) जारी की जाती है।
• यदि किसी प्रश्न पर आपत्ति हो, तो उम्मीदवार इसे चुनौती दे सकते हैं।

परिणाम (Result) और कट-ऑफ (Cut-Off)

• NTA NEET का रिजल्ट और कट-ऑफ स्कोर जारी करता है।
• कट-ऑफ के आधार पर उम्मीदवारों को रैंक दी जाती है।

काउंसलिंग (Counseling) और सीट आवंटन (Seat Allotment)

• योग्य उम्मीदवारों को काउंसलिंग प्रक्रिया में भाग लेना होता है।
• ऑल इंडिया कोटा (AIQ) और स्टेट कोटा के तहत सीटें आवंटित की जाती हैं।
• उम्मीदवार को चयनित कॉलेज में रिपोर्ट करना होता है और एडमिशन की प्रक्रिया पूरी करनी होती है।

डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन (Document Verification)

• चयनित उम्मीदवारों को सभी जरूरी दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन (Verification) करवाना होता है।
• इसके बाद उन्हें फाइनल एडमिशन मिलता है।

• सबसे पहले NTA NEET की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाएं – https://neet.nta.nic.in

Registration (पंजीकरण करें)

• “New Registration” लिंक पर क्लिक करें।
• मांगी गई बेसिक जानकारी भरें, जैसे – नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल आईडी, जन्मतिथि, आदि।
• रजिस्ट्रेशन पूरा करने के बाद, यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड जेनरेट होगा।

Application Form भरें

• लॉगिन करें और आवेदन पत्र (Application Form) भरें।
• व्यक्तिगत जानकारी (Personal Details), शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualification), और अन्य आवश्यक जानकारी दर्ज करें।
• परीक्षा केंद्र का चयन करें।

दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करें (Upload Documents)

• पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो (JPG, 10 KB – 200 KB)
• हस्ताक्षर (Signature) (JPG, 4 KB – 30 KB)
• अंगूठे का निशान (Thumb Impression) (JPG, 10 KB – 50 KB)

• सभी जानकारी को अच्छी तरह से चेक करें।
