IB Security Assistant and MTS Recruitment Qualification

To be eligible for the post of IB Security Assistant and MTS Recruitment, the applicants must possess the following qualifications:

Matriculation (10th class pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board of Education
Possession of domicile certificate of that State against which candidate has
applied.
Knowledge of any one of the local language/dialect mentioned Table ‘A’ above against each SIB.

IB Security Assistant and MTS Recruitment 2022 Salary

Security Assistant / Executive:

Level-3 (Rs. 21700 – Rs. 69100) in the pay matrix plus admissible Central Govt. allowances.

MTS / Gen:

Level-1 (Rs. 18000 – Rs. 56900) in the pay matrix plus admissible Central Govt. allowances.

Tier-I (Common for SA / Exe & MTS / Gen) Online Exam of Objective type MCQs, divided into 5 parts containing 20 questions of 1 mark each on: General Awareness, Quantitative aptitude, Numerical / analytical / Logical ability & reasoning, English language & General Studies [Negative marking of ¼ mark for each wrong answer]	100	1 Hour
Tier-II (Common for SA / Exe & MTS / Gen) (Qualify) Offline Exam of Descriptive type Translation of a passage of 500 words from local language / dialect to English and vice versa.	40	1 Hour
